the owner of an animal shall not not allow their animal to bite, injure, chase, threaten or cause damage to a person, other animals or property
any animal observed to be at large will be taken to an animal shelter
Any owner who owns an animal that, without provocation, attacks, assaults, wounds, bites, injures or kills a person or domestic animal, is guilty of an offence.
